FAQ for Tenants

Contract

All tenants sign 12 months (Assured Shorthold Tenancy) agreement with a 6-month break clause. We will contact you at least 2 months your agreement ends to conform if you would like to continue staying with us. We do not accept couples and undergraduate students.

Housemates

All our tenants are young working professionals in their early 20s to mid 30s. We endeavour to work towards the right mix of tenants to create the best friendly atmosphere among house mates.

Payment

Rent is paid by standing order from your bank account. Monthly rent includes – council tax, gas, electricity, water and TV license.  Additional services such as high speed WIFI and a weekly cleaner for the communal areas. We simply pay all the bills and take the hassle away from you.

Your deposit is held by the Deposit Protection Scheme (www.depositprotection.com) throughout the period of the tenancy.

Cleaning

Every week our cleaners will clean the communal areas in your property to keep it clean and fresh. At the end of your tenancy, we send in our team for a deep clean of your room, ready for the new tenant.

Repairs and Maintenance

You need to call our property management team should anything need repairing or replacing and we’ll take it from there, you won’t need to lift a finger.
