When you work with SPI, we guarantee you rent every month even when there are no tenants, pay for the initial furnishing and maintain your home as if it is ours.
We do not charge agents’ fees and no hidden extras for managing properties, rather we charge tenants a slightly higher rent than we pay landlords, making a profit in return for the risks taken.
At the end of term of the tenancy, your property is returned in the same condition as it was when it was let to tenants.
What We Do
- We’ll carry out an appraisal of your property to assess the rental value in the current market.
- We’ll send you a formal written offer within 24 hours of the appraisal
- Before you sign the agreement, seek approval from your lender as part of your due diligence.
- We’ll sign a commercial agreement (usually 3 to 5 years) with you and pay a guaranteed rent every month
- Find tenants, carry out thorough reference checks of potential tenants and match compatible roommates.
- Pay for the initial furnishing to update the property, collect rent on your behalf and organise the maintenance of your property.
