FAQ for Landlords

Contract

We’ll use our bespoke commercial lease agreement for the period of the contract usually 3 to 5 years which bestows on us the authority to manage the property on your behalf. Once the agreement has been signed, we are immediately committed to paying the full rent every month regardless of the occupancy level.

Payment

Every month we’ll pay the rent directly into your bank account on a date agreed with you, even when the property is not occupied.  Tenants are required to pay a deposit which will remain with the Deposit Protection Service throughout the tenancy to cover any damages or unpaid rent.

Our co-living model of managing HMOs makes more money for the landlord than you make with a traditional letting agents.
